Hello and welcome

I’m a meditation teacher based in Brisbane, Australia registered with Meditation Australia.

My classes combine a variety of techniques drawing from Buddhist and yoga traditions, providing an opportunity to deepen your practice in a supportive environment.

With consistent practice, meditation helps us navigate the shifting landscape of our inner world—our moods, energies, and life events—with greater ease and awareness. It builds clarity, focus, and a grounded presence.

My hope is to support you to dig deeper, cultivate insight and make meditation a regular part of your life.

Meditation is a subtle but powerful medicine that anyone can learn.

Studies show it can ease stress, lower blood pressure, improve sleep, reduce anxiety and depression, and even strengthen the immune system. With regular practice, the brain itself begins to change—our focus, concentration and resilience improves.

At its heart, meditation is also a training in courage: the courage to sit with our emotions, to remain present through the highs and lows, and to stop labelling our experiences as good or bad, right or wrong. It’s a path toward understanding impermanence, deepening self-awareness, and reconnecting with our intuition.
